Candela produced in Peru by Pura Vibra productions and Salgado Productions was created and directed by Luis Salgado. The original Lighting Design was by our friend and occasional collaborator, Joel E. Silver.  I was brought in to adapt the lighting to a new outdoor thrust venue and then recreate it for another traditional proscenium space. The show changed over time and grew to be a beautiful exploration of the different forms of Peruvian dance. with a cast of 50,The show was a hit in Lima and on the coast of Peru. I look forward to returning.
